Project Details

Producer

Producing content, both photography and videography for promotional and internal outcomes. Facilitating all aspects of production, including budgets, talent, crew and direct implementation of content creation as photographer, DP, editor, colorist, and final coordination of produced content to outlets (PR / social media / traditional media). Building a network of suppliers and industry connects to facilitate higher level productions. Building a set of equipment and resources, including new office space and production facilities in Hollywood. Oversee production staff to ensure timely edits for videos, photos, and coordinate as Producer on all content projects.

Client Services and Creative Manager

Managing the entire pipeline for all design, web, printing, on-site signage and product packaging projects for all brands we serve. Liaising with design and copy freelancers to set timelines, deadlines, and design direction, and coordinating with the CMO on direction, mood/tone and branding for all products. Managing vendor/supplier relations, ordering and overseeing production schedules inc proofs/samples and arranging delivery to appropriate warehouse/factory etc. Conceive and conceptualize designs from scratch to present to CMO and ensure all content falls in line with branding guidelines and overall message for the brand. Manage day to day maintenance of the design and coding of websites, and when new products are introduced, change existing designs to suit and send to print. Manage and lead teams of graphic designers, copywriters and interns.

Director of Operations

Oversee the logistical operations as it relates to it’s business serving the in-house/internal clients. Manage all workflows of each project and ensure timely and cost-efficient satisfactory completion meeting all business objectives and outcomes. Liaise with all businesses in the company to coordinate purchasing, production, delivery, distribution, content, social media and technology integration. Drive the operational streamlining for new and existing products, and help invent and come up with new procedures & systems for new methods of sales, marketing, production and customer relations.
