Project Description

Live stage shows are complicated and require logistical planning and organisational skills. LA PRIDE is a full professional multi-artist live event. The show I produced was after Azealia Banks and just before Jennifer Hudson, so had to be of the highest quality for the Main Stage at LA PRIDE, given around 10,000 in the audience at that time.

Project Details

• Weeks of pre-show rehearsals
• Design and implementation of live visuals on the LA PRIDE LCD Projector screen
• Design of all sound effects and backing tracks, using LOGIC and ProTools
• Design of lighting plot
• Operator for both visuals and sound during the show
• Coordinating with dancers and all tech personnel as the director of the show on the day
• Coordinating with event organizers and press for live interviews on site
• Sale of merchandise after show, printing posters, selling, marketing etc.
• Organising to delegate filming of the show as well as to get press to take B-Roll of show
• This show also went to Phoenix Pride, OC Pride, Capital Pride (Washington DC) and Avalon in Hollywood + many other venues.
